The Rightlander crew

Who you will meet.

Five people, five very different lenses on affiliate compliance, partner quality and programme growth. Whether you want a founder-level conversation, a product walkthrough, a commercial scoping session or a hands-on demo of Trackback Discovery, there is someone to match.

Portrait of Ian Sims

Ian Sims

Founder

Ian built Rightlander from the ground up after two decades in web development, affiliate marketing and compliance. He started the original monitoring product in 2016 and has watched the industry shift from manual spot-checks to always-on AI classification. He is the person to talk to about where compliance intelligence is heading next.

Best for: product roadmap conversations, strategic partnerships, and anyone wanting a frank founder view on the market.

Portrait of Sarafina Wolde Gabriel

Sarafina Wolde Gabriel

Chief Executive Officer

Nineteen years in digital marketing leadership across iGaming, including six iGB Best Affiliate Network wins. Sarafina is the person to talk to about strategic partnerships, new markets and where compliance monitoring is going next.

Best for: operators weighing a programme overhaul, networks looking at partnership models, investors and strategic conversations.

Portrait of Jonathan Elkin

Jonathan Elkin

Sales Director

Fifteen years helping brands protect themselves online, including three years in the US with CSC Digital Brand Services and BrandVerity. Jonathan is direct, commercial and builds long-term relationships that stick.

Best for: commercial scoping, pricing conversations, roll-out planning and anyone ready to move from shortlist to signature.

Portrait of Nicole Mitton

Nicole Mitton

Head of Customer Success & Operations

Nicole spent nearly a decade building and marketing a multi-language affiliate network before joining Rightlander to lead client success. She runs onboarding, training and day-to-day account support, which means she knows every corner of the platform and every workflow brands actually run on it.

Best for: existing customers wanting to get more from the platform, teams planning a roll-out, anyone curious about onboarding speed.

Portrait of Sunny Yadu

Sunny Yadu

Business Development Manager

Legal background, a decade in global brand protection, and a deep feel for how advertisers can use compliance as a revenue lever rather than a cost centre. Sunny opens new jurisdictions and finds creative angles on tough commercial problems.

Best for: brands entering new markets, agencies scoping partner-monitoring for clients, anyone curious about Trackback Discovery.
