  1. About this policy
    1. This cookie policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use on our website, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal information more generally.
    2. By continuing to use our website with cookies enabled in your browser, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time by changing the settings in your browser or in the cookie banner, where one is presented.
  2. What cookies are
    1. A cookie is a small text file containing an identifier that a web server sends to your browser and that your browser stores and returns to the server on subsequent requests. Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information we store about you may be linked to the information stored in, and obtained from, cookies.
    2. Cookies may be “persistent” or “session”. A persistent cookie is stored by a browser until a set expiry date unless deleted earlier; a session cookie expires at the end of the browsing session, when the browser is closed. Cookies do not typically contain information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to information stored in and obtained from cookies.
    3. Similar technologies, including pixels, tags and local storage, are used for the same purposes as cookies. References to “cookies” in this policy include these technologies.
  3. Cookies we use
    1. Strictly necessary cookies. Required for our website to function. They include cookies that remember your session when you log into our application, load-balancing cookies and cookies that support fraud prevention on our account area. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking parts of the service.
    2. Preference cookies. Store settings such as your chosen theme (light or dark mode), language and region so that the site looks the way you expect on return visits.
    3. Analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 in anonymised mode; no IP addresses are stored in full. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
    4. Marketing cookies. Used on landing pages to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to serve more relevant ads on LinkedIn, Google and X. These cookies are only set after you consent via the cookie banner.
    5. Third-party cookies. Some features use services run by third parties, including embedded video from YouTube and Vimeo, form handling via HubSpot, and support chat. These providers may set their own cookies when you interact with their content on our site; their cookies are governed by their own policies.
  4. How long cookies are kept
    1. Session cookies expire when you close your browser.
    2. Persistent cookies we set typically expire between 30 days and 24 months after the last interaction. Analytics cookies are kept for up to 14 months in line with our retention schedule.
    3. Third-party cookie lifetimes are determined by the relevant provider.
  5. Managing cookies
    1. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. The methods vary, and most browsers publish help pages explaining how to do this. Blocking all cookies will have a negative impact on the usability of many websites, including ours.
    2. You can manage marketing and analytics cookies via our cookie banner. Your preferences will be stored in a cookie on the same browser and device; if you use a different browser or device, you will be asked again.
    3. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  6. Changes to this policy
    1. We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website. Where changes are material, we will draw attention to them on the site or by email where appropriate.
  7. Contact
